Update: The upgrade has been completed. We are aware of the following issues at this time that are continuing to be troubleshooted:

  • Some customers are experiencing issues updating credit or debit cards on file from the Client Area.

Technicians are continuing to work on resolving this issue and we will update this announcement once the issue has been resolved. Thanks for your patience.

 

Original Announcement:

In order to continue to offer our customers the best possible service and support our technicians will be doing software upgrades to the Client Area starting tonight (10/23/19) at midnight, US Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). We estimate these upgrades will take approximately an hour and a half.
