RESOLVED - Issues with PayPal Payments

We are currently aware of an issue with processing PayPal payments. We have implemented a fix to the issue. All new payments as of 1545 US EDT 7 July should be immediately shown in the Client Area. All payments made in the early night hours of 14 July through the time listed above may take some time to show up. If you are experiencing issues with services due to a payment credit not being applied please contact customer care and we will be happy to assist you.

Update - 2054 US EDT:

We are still experiencing issues with PayPal payments being accounted for, including some new orders and have been in continued contact with PayPal. Please contact customer care if you make a payment or order and it is not accounted for.

Update 16 July 1141 US EDT:
PayPal has confirmed the issue resided on their side and their engineers had been aware of the issue for over 24 hours. The issue is now resolved on their end and a majority of payments made by customers have been accounted for at this time. There are a few outstaning payments still pending notification which should be resolved within the next 12 to 24 hours. If you experience issues, please contact customer care.

Update - 2123 US EDT:
Nearly all payments have been accounted for at this time (fewer than 10 customers remain affected). Please contact customer service with any questions.

Update - 17 July 1115 US EDT:
Incident Resolved - All payments have been accounted for and we are seeing no signs of issues with new payments. Please contact customer care and include the date/time of your transaction as well as your transaction ID if you believe your payment has not been accounted for at this time. Thank you for your patience while this was resolved!
