Known issues with DNS Management

The VPSCheap team is currently aware of an issue affecting customer's ability to add, edit, or remove DNS zones from the DNS management control panel. The issue has been debugged and passed to our software vendor for repair. We currently have no ETA for full service restoration but will work diligently to restore full access as soon as possible. The majority of rebuilds are complete on our large storage array, all client services were returned to normal late last night/ early this morning. Some minor repairs are still underway but we do not expect any impact on client side operations at this time.

Hello, The large storage array which underlies some nodes is performing a partial rebuild which is causing some delays, the issue will resolve over the course of the evening.

We will be rebooting some nodes tonight to increase CPU resources, client VMs will be restarted automatically

On December 29th, starting at 3 am EDT, our technicians will be performing scheduled maintenance in one of our Dallas hypervisors. Some downtime will be necessary. We will do everything we can to minimize the impact. The vast majority of customers will not be affected by this. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this might cause.

At approximately 11:30 PM (2330 hrs) US Eastern Standard Time on Thursday 11/9/17 our staff will temporarily close the Client Area to upgrade our software and introduce new features to allow us to serve you better.
